Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited (SET: GPSC) announced on Wednesday that its Board of directors meeting held on August 23, 2022 approved the establishment of two new subsidiaries: Eurus Plus Company Limited and Boree Plus Company Limited, each with a registered capital of THB 3,500,000, in order to study the possibility and support the investment plan for renewable energy in Thailand.
Both companies are expected to complete their registration by the third quarter of 2022.
