Finansia Syrus Securities (FSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on CPANEL Public Company Limited (mai: CPANEL) with a target price at ฿9.40/share.
FSS stated that the 2H22 profit should jump H-H and Y-Y due to the revenue realization from its high backlog. It is in line with aggressive new property project launches, which support precast demand. Also, CPANEL upgraded its machinery, resulting in higher capacity. Together they help CPANEL benefit from economies of scale and operating leverage. Since building material prices decreased, and CPANEL saw full benefits from its selling price hikes, which drove the gross margin, FSS maintained its 2022E profit growth (+101% Y-Y). The earnings growth should continue by 24% CAGR in 2023-2024 and hit a new high since it is in its growth stage.
Maybank Securities (Thailand) (MST) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Bioscience Animal Health Public Company Limited (mai: BIS) with a target price at ฿14.00/share.
MST expected BIS’ 2H22 earnings to outperform 1H22 from higher sales volume in supplementary foods, diagnose products and pet foods. The company has long-term growth outlook from the current businesses and inorganic growth.
