Susco Public Company Limited (SET: SUSCO) announced (Oct 27) in the Board of Directors meeting No. 10/2022 on October 27, 2022, that it was resolved to establish a new subsidiary to expand new potential business opportunities.
The newly established subsidiary is SUSCO Beyond Co., Ltd. in Thailand, with a registration capital of 100,000,000 Baht, 100% owned by SUSCO Public Co., Ltd. SUSCO noted that the source of funds for this establishment came from the company’s working capital.
