B.Grimm Power Company Limited (BGRIM) announced on November 11, 2022, that B.Grimm Power Korea Limited (a subsidiary) has acquired 49% of the total issued shares of Lohas ECE Spain Gifu Co., Ltd., the developer of solar PV projects with a total capacity of 20 megawatts in Japan.
The total investment of Japanese Yen 1,400,000,000 approximately, or equivalent of 358.23 million baht, to expand the investment in Solar PV projects.
