Central Retail Public Company Limited (SET: CRC) announced on November 25, 2022, that the company has established Central Food Wholesale Co, Ltd. (CFW) a new subsidiary, with registered capital of 1,000,000 baht.
CFW operates in wholesale business, in which Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. will hold a shareholding stake by 99.99%.
