Jay Mart Public Company Limited (SET: JMART) announced the investment in BNN Restaurant Group Co., Ltd. (BNN) was completed on November 30, 2022.
The announcement was in reference to the board of directors’ meeting No. 10/2022 on November 8,2022, had resolved to approve the investment and signed the investment agreement and the Shareholders Agreement to invest in BNN Restaurant Group Co., Ltd. (BNN) which operates a restaurant business under the brand “Suki Teenoi”.
The amount of 352,941 shares, representing 30% of the total shares with voting rights, with the total investment value does not exceed 1,200 million baht.
This investment will increase BNN’s capabilities to expand branches in potential areas both in Bangkok and in other provinces. Including generating growth with Jaymart Group to achieve future sustainable growth, and bringing BNN to be listed on the stock exchange according to the target.
