AssetWise Public Company Limited (SET: ASW) announced that the executive committee’s meeting No. 71/2022 on December 12, 2022 resolved to pass a resolution approving Synergy Estate Co., Ltd. (SNE) (a subsidiary) to enter into the purchase of ordinary shares in Botanica Grand Avenue Co., Ltd. (BGA). This investment will result in being an associated company of ASW.
The company will purchase 900,000 ordinary shares representing 30% of registered capital of BGA, to extend and support the company’s real estate development business.
