Beryl 8 Plus Public Company Limited (mai: BE8) announced on Tuesday that the company has purchased newly issued ordinary shares of Vanilla & Friends Company Limited. The Board of Directors Meeting of BE8 has passed resolutions to approve the purchase on January 14 2022.
On January 17, The company purchased the newly issued ordinary shares of Vanilla in an amount of 104 shares or equivalent to 51 percent of the total issued shares, the total value of not exceeding BAHT 15,000,000 which resulted in Vanilla being the company’s subsidiary.
