PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (SET: PTTEP) announced on Tuesday that the company has established S2 Robotics Company Limited as a subsidiary.
The company has established a subsidiary to develop and commercialize Artificial Intelligence technology by using AI and Robotics (Nautilus) to provide the subsea horizontal repair service while reducing risks and repair time.
The registered capital of THB 1,000,000 and consisting of 10,000 ordinary shares at 100 baht per share.
The establishment of the company is to enhance competitiveness and identify new technology development opportunities.
