Asset World Corp Public Company Limited (SET: AWC) announced on Wednesday that the company has established a new subsidiary namely Phuket Collections Property Company Limited.
The Registered Capital of a subsidiary is THB 100,000 and divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with the par value of 10 baht.
AWC will hold 25% shareholding in the new subsidiary, while THAM holds 75%, and AWR 1 share.
The company’s objective is to support the investment in the Westin Siray Bay Resort & Spa Phuket, the source of funds come from the company’s working capital and loan from the company.
