Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (SET: BCH) announced on Tuesday that the board of director’s resolution approved the land acquisition in a location of Bang Sao Thong District, Samut Prakan Province, with a total area of 25 rai and total value of 350,000,000 Baht.
The Land’s owner transferred land ownership to the company on 21 December 2022.
The main objective of land acquisition is to establish a new greenfield hospital under the name Kasemrad Hospital Suvarnabhumi.
