Bless Asset Group Public Company Limited (mai: BLESS) announced on Thursday that the company has established BLESS SERVICE PLUS Co., Ltd. as a new subsidiary, with the registered capital of 1,000,000 baht, consisting of 100,000 ordinary shares, THB 10 per share.
The company’s objective is to manage condominium juristic person and housing estate juristic person including real estate after sales service, major shareholder of 99.99% held by Bless Asset Group Public Company Limited is the company which 100% of shares are directly and indirectly owned by the company.
