WHA reported a net profit of 4,045 million baht in 2022, increased 56.21% from net profit of 2,590 million baht in 2021. The main reasons were from higher contribution from land business, utilities business and the gain from 2-data center divestment.
The total revenue and share profit of the company in 2022 was 15,567 million baht, an increase from the same period of the previous year 11,963 million baht or an increase of 30.1%.
Finance Cost for 2022 was THB 1,126.2 mm which decreased by 1.7%, compared to the same period of previous year due to lower weighted average outstanding interest-bearing debt amount.
