BG Container Glass Public Company Limited (SET: BGC) announced on Thursday that the company has established BGC Supply Chain Management Company Limited as a new subsidiary, the nature of business is supply chain management and rental warehouse business, with a registered capital of 100,000,000 baht and 1,000,000 shares at the par value of THB 100.
The company’s objective is to diversify sources of revenue, support its core businesses, and foresee growth opportunities in supply chain management, which is expected to benefit from the expansion of its e-commerce logistics business.
In addition, the company can also use such warehouses to store glass packaging products and packaging products of the company group, which will reduce the warehouse rental cost.
