WHA Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: WHA) on Friday has announced a shift in its Board of Directors by appointing Mr. Somkid Jatusripitak, former Deputy Prime Minister and former Minister of Commerce of Thailand as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in place of Miss Jareeporn Jarukornsakul and an Independent Director in place of Mr. Somsak Pratomsrimek.
The Board also approved Miss Jareeporn Jarukornsakul as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. David Richard Nardone, who has resigned from this position.
Mr. Jatusripitak is currently a member of the Futurise Thailand Party.
