The company’s objective is to invest in the EPC contracting business for design, procurement, and construction services of power distribution and transmission systems, substations, and power plants, as well as civil works and related structures.
The registered capital is 1,000,000 baht, with ordinary shares of 10,000 shares, THB 100 per share. The investment proportion was 99.97% held by SCI Electric Public Company Limited and 0.03% held by ordinary persons.
