B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) announced on Wednesday that it has completed the establishment of a new subsidiary, Amata B.Grimm Vietnam Company Limited, in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Amata B.Grimm Vietnam is owned entirely by Amata B.Grimm Power Ltd, a 51.2% subsidiary of BGRIM. The registered capital of the new company is VND 14,764,800,000 (equivalent to THB 21.66 million).
The purpose of the investment is to operate the rooftop solar business.
