The Thai stock exchange announced that it will include Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: SAWAD) into SET50 Index and SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited (SET: SJWD) into the SET100 Index, following the amalgamation of TRUEE and DTAC.
True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUEE) and Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (DTAC) completed their amalgamation yesterday, which resulted in the delist of TRUEE and DTAC from the stock exchange as well as SET50 and SET100 Index, while adding the new mergco True Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: TRUE).
TRUE will be added into the SET50 and SET100 Index, while the empty spot from delisting DTAC will be fulfilled by SAWAD. In addition, SCGJWD Logistics Public Company Limited (SET: SJWD) entered the SET100 Index.
All changes will be effective from March 2, 2023, onward.
