Krungsri Securities (KSS) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Amata Corporation Public Company Limited (SET: AMATA) with a target price at ฿28.00/share.
KSS noted that the management raised its land sales target this year by 50% to 2,250 rai from 1,500 rai over an accelerating demand from business sectors such as EV, renewable energy and logistics.
Pi Securities (PI) has given a “BUY” recommendation on Central Pattana Public Company Limited (SET: CPN) with a target price at ฿83.00/share.
PI stated that CPN had positive sentiment from the reopening in China, which boosts the number of tourists significantly. The securities company expected CPN to record 40,917 million baht of revenue and 12,855 million baht of profit this year, which are higher than pre-pandemic level. Meanwhile, CPN’s 4Q22 earnings were also close to its estimate of 2,800 million baht.
