SCB X Public Company Limited (SET: SCB) has announced that the Board of Directors has passed a resolution to approve the business restructuring of Digital Ventures Company Limited (DV) by transferring assets, rights, and obligations of DV to The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited. Once such transfer of assets, rights, and obligations is completed, DV shall be dissolved.
The business restructuring will enable The Siam Commercial Bank to fully integrate DV’s Blockchain-based supply chain payment solutions to better service its customers.
