BTS Group Holdings Public Company Limited (SET: BTS) announced on Thursday that it has acquired all ordinary shares in Phantom Link Company Limited (Phantom Link), representing 100 percent of the total shares of Phantom Link. Consequently, Phantom Link has become a subsidiary of BTS Group.
Phantom Link engages the property development business.
BTS Group has invested in ordinary shares in Phantom Link totaling 100,000 shares, with a par value of Baht 100 per share and the paid-up capital in the amount of Baht 10,000,000, representing 100 percent of the total shares of Phantom Link, including all liabilities therein.
The total investment value was approximately Baht 261 million.
