PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (SET: PTTEP) announced on Wednesday that it has dissolved an inactive subsidiary, namely Partex (Brazil) Corporation (PBC), effective on 29 March 2023 in order to improve operational efficiency and minimize administrative costs.
The dissolution did not affect PTTEP’s operations, the company said.
