B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (SET: BGRIM) said on Thursday that it has acquired 100% of the total issued shares of SNT Vietnam Company Limited, a limited liability company incorporated under Laws of Socialist Republic of Vietnam, from Mr. Nguyen Van Du, who is not a connected person of BGRIM, with the total investment of VND 200,000,000.
SNT Vietnam is engaged in the management consulting business.
