The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SET: SCC) announced on Friday that its 5 subsidiary companies under SCG Cleanergy Company Limited (SCG Cleanergy), a wholly owned subsidiary of SCC, have been awarded as the solar energy power producer and supplier to Thai Government as stated to the notice of the Energy Regulatory Commission and other related notice (if any) with detail as following:
The participation of this project is in-line with SCG Cleanergy’s business mission and strategy, which plans to invest in renewable, clean and alternative energy business as an electricity producer and supplier with innovative, efficient and modern technology. The company aims to be the total solutions provider supporting sustainable business practices and is committed to fight global warming and become a Net Zero Carbon Emission organization.
