PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (SET: PTTEP) has announced that the company has dissolved two inactive subsidiaries, namely PTTEP Australia Pty Ltd (PTTEP AU) and PTTEP Australia Offshore Pty Ltd (PTTEP AO), effective on 3 March 2023 in order to improve operational efficiency and minimize administrative costs. This has no impact on PTTEP’s operations.
