RS Public Company Limited (SET: RS) announced that RS Pet All Company Limited, an affiliate of RS, had invested in Hato Pet Wellness Center Company Limited to expand its pet service business with a total investment value of 117 million baht to acquire 51% of issued shares of Hato Pet Wellness Center.
The nature of business of Hato Pet Wellness Center Company Limited includes 1) Hato Pet Wellness Center, Provide clinic services bath and spa service, 2) Hato Cat Wellness Center, Comprehensive cat clinic to improve the quality of life of cats and Hato Home, a private pet community model consisting of clinic, hotel pet shop, including rest area or activity place.
RS stated that the source of funds will be from its working capital and/or long-term loans.
