SKY ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY) has submitted the report on the results of sale of common shares offered to all common shares’ shareholders from 22-26 May 2023 through the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
The company reported that a total of 31,213,329 allotted shares at the price of THB13.00 per share were all subscribed for a total value of 405,773,277 baht.
