Osotspa Public Company Limited (SET: OSP) has announced that it will pay a special dividend at the amount of THB 0.80 per share to its shareholders with an ex-dividend date on July 4, 2023 and a payment date on July 20, 2023.
This is a special distribution from the divestment of OSP’s minority stakes in Uni.Charm (Thailand) Company Limited (Unicharm). Details of this divestment were disclosed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on May 31, 2023.
