Samart Telcoms Public Company Limited (SET: SAMTEL) has announced that “SCSM Consortium”, which comprises Samart Communication Services Co., Ltd. (the subsidiary), a subsidiary with 99.99 percent of total shares held by SAMTEL and M Solutions Co., Ltd., has signed the contract with the Customs Department on September 15, 2023 for Supply of Non-Intrusive Body Inspection Systems project with the total contract value of 373.64 million baht (VAT included) and portion for the subsidiary values 371.50 million baht (VAT included). The project must be completed within 270 days after the contract signing date, and the full amount of payment will be divided into four payments based on work progress.
