VGI Public Company Limited (VGI) has announced that it has incorporated a new subsidiary called Rabbit Care Vietnam Limited Liability Company. Rabbit Care Vietnam is an advertising service with registered capital of VND 700,000,000.
Rabbit Care Company Limited will hold 99.990 % of its share and Prowtech International Vina Joint Stock Company will hold the rest 0.010%. Rabbit Care Vietnam will be funded by VGI working capital and will have 3 people as board of directors which are Mr. Michael Manfred Steibl, Mr. Chayapat Sakulrompochai and Mr. Tatchai Patipoksut.
The benefits to VGI are providing advertising services for financial products such as insurance products, loans, credit cards, etc., to strengthen the business and increase the income of the company on a long-term basis.
