Sansiri Public Company Limited (SET: SIRI) has announced that on 20 September 2023, the company entered into an acquisition of the ordinary shares in the proportion of 30 percent of paid-up capital of Big Touch 2 Co., Ltd. which is a joint venture company between SIRI and Private Funds managed by XSpring Asset Management Company Limited, which its nature of business is property development, as resolved by the Board of Directors’ Meeting No. 11/2023 held on 19 September 2023.
The Board of Directors has delegated the power to Chief Executive Officer to consider and make a final decision on such matter. After completion of ordinary shares purchase, Big Touch 2 Co., Ltd. shall become a subsidiary of the Company.
The share was transferred on 20 September 2023 to SIRI in the number of 409,500 shares with the par value of 100 Baht per share or equivalent to 30 percent of the total shares in Big Touch 2 Co., Ltd., totaling amount of 41.94 million Baht. SIRI noted that the source of funds for this transaction is from internal working capital of the company.
Main Asset of Big Touch 2 Co., Ltd is a plot of land on Pattanakarn Road, Suan Luang District, Bangkok.
