Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (SET: ADVANC) has announced that in reference to the National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) (formerly known as TOT Public Company Limited) filing a lawsuit to the Arbitration Tribunal in 2014, claiming damages from ADVANC in porting of subscribers to Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited by having subscribers press *988* and claiming damages from May 2013 to September 2015 (the end of the concession agreement) in the amount of THB 32,813 million.
NT claimed that ADVANC was in breach of the concession agreement. Subsequently, on February 21, 2019, ADVANC received a unanimous resolution dismissing NT’s claim, whereby NT filed a petition for revocation of the resolution to the Central Administrative Court on May 15, 2019.
ADVANC stated that on 22 September 2023 that, the Central Administrative Court has dismissed NT’s petition for revocation of the resolution. However, NT is eligible to file an appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court within 30 days.
