RATCH Group Public Company Limited (SET: RATCH) has announced that as the company has reported that RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd. (RHIS), the company’s indirect subsidiary, had purchased 63.8 percent of shares of RATCH & AIDC Wind Energy Pte. Ltd. to invest in Thanh Phong Wind Power Plant Project (ECOWIN) with the installed capacity of 29.7 megawatts, located in Ben Tre Province, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. After such share purchase was completed, RHIS would have an indirect shareholding proportion of 51 percent in the aforementioned project.
On October 2, 2023, RATCH reported that ECOWIN Wind Power Plant officially commenced commercial operation on 29 September 2023.
