Jasmine Broadband Internet Infrastructure Fund (SET: JASIF) reported its Q3 financial result as follows.

JASIF total income in Q3/23 was THB 2,337.25 million, decreased 9.16% YoY and 12.20% QoQ, which was mainly due to the 9.88% YoY and 12.51% QoQ decreases in optical fiber cables rental to THB 2,313.43 million.
The main components of JASIF’s total income is net investment income, which in Q3/23 was THB 1,938.71 million, a decrease of 12.48% YoY and decrease of 14.46% QoQ. It was due to losses in changes of fair value of investments of THB 12,200,04 million to newly appraised of THB 76,700 million, dropping 825.11% YoY and dropping 15,495.84% QoQ. As of 30 September 2023, JASIF’s Net Asset Value (NAV) was THB 68,002.15 million, equivalent to THB 8.5002 per unit.
Meanwhile, JASIF’s total expenses in Q3/23 were THB 398.54 million, increased 11.43% YoY and 0.76% QoQ, mainly from an increase in operating expenses of optical fiber cable and financial costs.
Furthermore, JASIF also announced that it would not pay the dividend that has a closing date on 21 November, 2023.
