Gulf Energy Development Public Company Limited (SET: GULF) has announced that the Company established Gulf Engineering Services Company Limited, the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Thailand with a registered capital of THB 1,000,000, with the objective to provide engineering, advisory and managerial services including any other related businesses to support the operations of companies in the group.
