The Q3 of 2023, BRI recorded net profit at THB 417 million, a 26.3% YoY increase from real estate sales of many projects and the new Joint Venturer project management. The total revenues of the group amounted to THB 1,738.6 million, an increase by 22.4% YoY.
Revenues from sales of real estate of the group amounted to THB 1,077.2 million, accounting for 62.0% from the total revenues, a decrease of 13.3% YoY. Revenues from sales of real estate of the group came from 32 projects of which 22 projects continued from year 2022 and year 2023 were 4 projects are Britania Udon Dusadee, Britania Maliwan, Britania Ayutthaya, and Britania Thepharak–Srinakarin
As for the joint ventures company were 6 projects, including
1) Britania Amata – Phantong
2) Britania Home Bangna KM.17
3) Britania Town Bangna KM.17
4) Grand Britania Khukhot Station
5) Grand Britania Bangna KM.35
6) Britania Bangna KM.39
Revenues from project management amounted to THB 547.6 million, accounting for 31.5% from the total revenues, increased by THB 475.6 million or increased by 660.4% YoY. Mainly from a new Joint Venture to develop 7 projects.
Cost of real estate sales of the group amounted to THB 739.0 million, accounted for 42.5% of total revenues, decreased by 11.3% YoY. Selling expenses of the group amounted to THB 152.5 million, accounted for 8.8% of total revenues and increased by 15.8% YoY. This was mainly due to an increase in sales and marketing expense, other selling expenses, and employee expenses and for the expansion of project development plan.
