Gunkul Engineering Public Company Limited (SET: GUNKUL) published the report of share repurchase form for financial management purposes via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 12 December 2023.
The number of shares repurchased was 5,000,000 shares with the highest and lowest price of THB 2.56, accumulating to the total amount of THB 12.8 million.
The cumulative number of shares repurchased until the present date was 40,645,000 shares, with the total shares repurchased as a percentage of paid-up shares of 0.46, accumulating to the total value of THB 104.98 million.
In addition, the total number of shares to be repurchased is 380,000,000 shares with the total shares to be repurchased as a percentage of paid-up shares of 4.28, and the last date for repurchasing shares is on 15 May 2024.
