Energy Absolute Public Company Limited (SET: EA) published the report of share repurchase form for financial management purposes via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on 12 December 2023.
The number of shares repurchased was 1,150,000 shares with the highest price of THB 44.25 and the lowest price of THB 43.25, accumulating to the total amount of THB 50.21 million.
The cumulative number of shares repurchased until the present date was 8,802,900 shares, with the total shares repurchased as a percentage of paid-up shares of 0.24, accumulating to the total value of THB 394.83 million.
In addition, the total number of shares to be repurchased is 58,000,000 shares with the total shares to be repurchased as a percentage of paid-up shares of 1.55, and the last date for repurchasing shares is on 17 Feb 2024.
