Thai Oil Public Company Limited (SET: TOP) has announced that its Crude Distillation Unit-3 has experienced technical problems and will be undergoing maintenance for approximately 13 days starting from 16 January 2024.
TOP stated that the company has developed plans and taken actions to limit supply disruption impacts to its customers. The above incident does not impact the construction and start-up timeline of the Clean Fuel Project (CFP).
The announcement came after a report last Friday by Argus Media, stating that TOP is experiencing an unplanned outage and it could lead to a shutdown to its Crude Distillation Units (CDU).
