Ornsirin Holding Public Company Limited (SET: ORN) had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Mill Hill Education Group on January 29, 2024. The main purpose of MOU is to collaborate in establishing an international school under the chain of Mill Hill School, which will be located in Chiang Mai province. With this cooperation, the company will expand into an educational business to have an alternative source of stable income. In addition, this new business will turn a potential developed land to the maximum benefit. The company is responsible for fundraising regarding investment and all expenses relevant to operate the Mill Hill School. For example, the investment in Land and school’s buildings, the expenses on government bureau permission and compensation of teachers and staff. The company will further announce the final investment details by complying the rules and regulations on Acquisition on Assets of listed company criteria immediately.
The Mill Hill School has been established since 1807A.C., providing schools for students aged 13 – 18 years in England. Currently, the Mill Hill School operates under the Mill Hill Education Group, which provides education for students aged 3 – 18 years under school chain brands in the group such as Mill Hill, Belmont, Grimsdell, etc.
