JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (SET: JKN) has announced the determination of the meeting date for JKN Global Group Public Company Limited’s debenture holders via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
JKN intends to convene the debenture holders’ meeting on February 22, 2024, 14.00 hrs., for following debentures:
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 2/2563 Due B.E. 2567, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN239);
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 1/2565 Due B.E. 2567, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN243A);
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 2/2565 Due B.E. 2567, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN246A);
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 3/2565 Due B.E. 2567, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN24OA);
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 4/2565 Due B.E. 2567, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN24NA);
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 1/2566 Due B.E. 2568, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN252A); and
- Debentures of JKN Global Media Public Company Limited No. 2/2566 Due B.E. 2568, which the debenture issuer has the right to redeem before maturity (JKN255A).
Hence, the company had notified TMBThanachart Bank Public Company Limited, the debenture registrar to close the debentures holders registry book and fix the date to determine a list of debenture holders with the right to attend the meeting on February 12, 2024.
