On Thursday, Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (SET: ITD) announced the delay of the submission of the Financial Statement Yearly 2023 via the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited (SET: ITD) stated that the submission of the consolidated and separated financial statements as of December 31, 2023, will be delayed than the date set by related laws and regulations due to ongoing processing of certain information and the need for additional review by the auditor to ensure accuracy and validity.
The company hereby announced the postponement of the financial statements submission which was anticipated to be finalized by March 29, 2024.
