PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (SET: PTTGC) would like to inform that the company’s Board of Directors at the meeting No. 4/2024 held on April 9, 2024 has passed the resolutions to appoint Director, Chief Executive Officer, Top Management and Company Secretary by the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee as follows;
1) To appoint Mr. Narongsak Jivakanun, Chief Operating Officer of International Business, as Chief Executive Officer in replacement of Mr. Kongkrapan Intarajang.
2) To appoint Mr. Toasaporn Boonyapipat, Chief Operating Officer of Base and Intermediate Chemicals as President, effective from May 13, 2024 onwards.
3) To appoint Mr. Krit Treenutchakorn as Company Secretary in replacement of Mrs. Pilasphan Udomjarumanee, who has been assigned to perform other duties, effective from May 16, 2024 onwards.
Additionally, Mr. Kongkrapan Intarajang has been appointed to be President & CEO of PTT Public Company Limited, effective from May 13, 2024 onwards.
