Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS) and Metthier Company Limited, the two subsidiaries of SKY ICT Public Company Limited (SET: SKY), have provided an update on their businesses, with the details as follows:
As for Pro Inside, the company had submitted its filing for the first public offering (IPO) to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Thailand, offering up to 140 million shares, and is expected to enter the Thai stock market in 3Q24.
PIS focuses on conducting IT sales and systems integration services, covering consulting, designing, installing, maintaining, providing products, and related equipment for comprehensive IT solutions (ICT solutions) to improve organizational work efficiency. This includes hardware and software applications tailored to meet customer needs, resulting in end-to-end application solution design and development.
Regarding business operations, PIS is currently researching a call center system with the integration of AI to help facilitate communication in Thailand.
As for Metthier Company Limited, the company aimed to continuously grow and achieve a total revenue of THB 1.8 billion, as it focused more on the integration of security technology and AI and teased that it was in the process of negotiating with another educational institute, with further clarification expected in May.
The company’s clients include mixed-use projects, shopping malls, hospitals, educational institutes, financial institutes, and industrial factories.
In addition, Metthier also enhanced its service efficiency with various technologies, such as AI CCTV and smart robotics, to connect security guards and housekeepers in real time.
Meanwhile, SKY ICT, a parent company of PIS and Metthier, is preparing for the bidding of groundwork projects at Suvarnabhumi Airport worth 29 billion baht through AOT Ground Aviation Services Company Limited (AOTGA), in which AOT held 49% of the shares and SKY held 51% via SAL Group (Thailand) Company Limited.
With strong operations from its PIS and Metthier, SKY could record a new all-time high earnings again this year.
