Bangkok, Thailand – Ms. Jareeporn Jarukornsakul, Chairman of the Board of Directors, along with the Board of Directors of WHA Utilities and Power (WHAUP), attended its annual E-AGM. The meeting approved an additional dividend of THB 0.1925 per share, bringing the total 2024 dividend for fiscal year 2023 to THB 0.2525 (payment date: May 15). The company was also portraying the business plan for 2024 and beyond by focusing on renewable energy development, high valued products for utilities business and keeping track of the mega trend for sustainable growth.
