FWD Insurance Plc. (FWD Insurance) proudly hosted the MDRT & Agency Annual Awards 2024, celebrating the remarkable success of top-performing agents who excelled in 2023. The event was divided into two sessions. In the daytime, the MDRT Awards 2024 honored life insurance agents who attained qualifications for the prestigious “Million Dollar Round Table Club” (MDRT), a globally recognized achievement. Currently, FWD Insurance boasts 396 MDRT-qualified agents, marking the second-largest contingent among life insurance businesses in Thailand.
In the evening, the Agency Annual Awards 2024 recognized the outstanding achievements of top agents. Additionally, the Excellence in Sales Service of the Year award was bestowed upon agents who demonstrated exceptional customer service, based on the highest satisfaction scores from surveys conducted between July and December 2023. This underscores the success of agents in skill development and highlights their potential to meet world-class standards, coupled with a steadfast commitment to customer-led approach.
The event was graced by Mr. Chuchat Pramunphon, the secretary-general of the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC), who presided over the opening ceremony. Joining him were Mr. Jon Sandam, Chief Distribution Officer, and Mr. Sahapol Polpathapee, Chief Agency Officer, who warmly welcomed and congratulated the agents at the Royal Jubilee Ballroom, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, in a recent gathering.
