JKN Global Group Public Company Limited (SET: JKN) has announced the postponement of the date to consider and appoint the Plan Preparer from July 11, 2024 to August 7, 2024, at 9:00 AM.
The announcement came as the Central Bankruptcy Court ordered the company to provide a report clarifying the objections raised in the petitions seeking to annul the Creditors’ Meeting held on June 24, 2024, by August 1, 2024.
