Absolute Clean Energy Public Company Limited (SET: ACE) has announced that the company has signed a power purchase agreement with Provincial Electricity Authority for a total capacity of 20MW.
The company disclosed that according to the wholly-owned subsidiary companies of ACE in a total of 14 companies had been selected to participate in the project for procuring electricity from renewable energy sources, specifically ground-mounted solar power plants, for a total of 18 projects with a total power purchase agreement (PPA) capacity of 112.73 MW, and then the power purchase agreements (PPA) of 15 projects with a total PPA capacity of 92.73 MW which have the scheduled commercial operation date (SCOD) in 2024-2025 were signed by Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) on 16th October 2023, details as previously informed by the Company.
In addition, ACE announced that the power purchase agreements (PPA) of the remaining 3 projects with a total PPA capacity of 20.00 MW which have SCOD in 2027 were already signed by PEA and delivered to the project companies on 12th July 2024 and 15th July 2024, respectively.
