AP Thailand teams up with 3 leading banking partners to offer mortgage loans at special rates for 57 AP single detached homes across Thailand for Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai
AP Thailand Public Co., Ltd., a leading Thai property developer with a promise of Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai led by Mrs. Pimpun Preechanont (3rd from left), Senior Executive Vice President, SDH Brand Development and Management, along with Mr. Worawut Srichange (far left) and Mr. Thitimate Sukumalaphun (2nd from left), Senior Executive Vice Presidents, SDH Development, recently teamed up with three of Thailand’s leading financial institutions: Siam Commercial Bank (SCB) represented by Mr. Sakkawat Itthisawad (3rd from right), Executive Vice President, Direct Sales Channels; Kasikorn Bank (KBank) represented by Ms. Kanorkwan Buranavithyanon (far right), Senior Vice President, Housing and Consumer Secured Loan Product and Marketing Management Department, and Bangkok Bank (BBL) represented by Ms. Luckana Huttaka (2nd from right), Senior Vice President, Mortgage Product, to launch the ‘Pro Den Praden Ron’ campaign to help all AP customers own a residence where they can have Cheevit Dee Dee Tee Lueak Eng Dai in one of AP’s single detached homes under three quality SDH brands – THE CITY, CENTRO and MODEN – in 57 high-potential locations. Under the campaign, AP home-buyers will be able to obtain home loans at special interest rates together with up to 10 years of zero common area fees and all expenses paid for on ownership transfer day, as well as free home automation on all units from now until 30 September.
