SCB X Public Company Limited (SET: SCB) has announced that the Board of Directors Meeting No. 17/2567, which was convened on 29 July 2024, approved to postpone the cessation of the food delivery service of the Robinhood application until further notice.
The decision is based on SCB’s ongoing consideration of acquisition proposals for the entire business from interested parties, which have exceeded its earlier expectations. Other services on the application will cease operation as initially scheduled on 31 July 2024.
SCB stated that it is committed to ensuring that the Robinhood application, a product of Thai innovation for Thai people, continues its business operation sustainably to maximize benefits for all stakeholders, including consumers, merchants, and all Robinhood riders.
